Those insured by Trade Union Pro’s traveler insurance are members aged 17 to 67 who are employed, unemployed or otherwise temporarily without pay, or student members. The insurance is valid until the insured person turns 68. If the insured person retires permanently before turning 68, the insurance is valid until the start date of permanent retirement.

Children and grandchildren under the age of 20 traveling with you are also insured.

The insurance is valid on leisure trips abroad that start from Finland and on domestic trips of at least 50 kilometers from the insured person's home, workplace or holiday home.

The insurance is valid for up to 45 days from the start of the trip. The insurance covers the treatment costs of illnesses and injuries that begin or occur while traveling with no upper limit in euros.

The insurance also covers costs caused by a cancelled or interrupted trip and delayed departure.

Those insured by Trade Union Pro’s accident insurance members aged between 17 and 67 who are employed, unemployed or otherwise temporarily without pay, or student members. The insurance is valid until the insured person turns 68. If the insured person retires permanently before turning 68, the insurance is valid until the start date of permanent retirement.

The insurance is valid on leisure time everywhere in the world. The insurance covers the treatment costs of the injury. The insurance also reimburses permanent disability caused by an accident based on the disability category, as well as compensation in the event of accidental death.

Treatment costs following an accident are covered to up to €3,466. The insurance has a deductible of €59. The compensation for permanent disability is up to €34,655 depending on the disability category. The compensation payable in the event of death is €11,781.

Those insured are union members who are in an employment or a public service relationship. Self-employed persons who are members of the union and who do have no employees are also covered.

Liability insurance covers personal injuries and property damage caused by a member in the course of his or her work and for which the insured is liable under applicable law. The insurance is valid in Finland and other Nordic countries.

The sum insured in liability insurance is €100,000 per insurance event. The deductible for each insurance event is €100.

Group insurance for organizations is valid in the organization’s activities and events worldwide. The insurance covers the union’s members. Contrary to the insurance terms, the upper age limit of 70 years does not apply in traveler insurance.

Organizational activities include pre-planned meetings, training events, seminars, summer and winter get-togethers and other similar events organized by the union or organization. Organizational activities also include serving as a representative of the union in meetings, advocacy work and organizational activities.

Traveler insurance covers the treatment costs of an illness or accident that begins during a trip for organizational activities. The insurance also covers costs caused by a cancelled or interrupted trip and delayed departure. The insurance may also include compensation in the form of a daily allowance for temporary disability caused by a travel accident and compensation for permanent disability and accidental death.

Baggage insurance covers sudden and unexpected property damage, such as theft or breakage, on trips taken for organizational activities. The insurance may also reimburse the costs of purchasing necessities if the baggage is delayed.

The organization’s insurance also includes travel liability and travel legal expenses insurance.

Persons insured under the additional insurance for union representatives and officials are:
- shop stewards, department shop stewards, liaison officers, department liaison officers, as well as occupational safety representatives
- full-time deputy chief shop stewards
- elected representatives
- Trade Union Pro representatives
- members of advisory boards
- members of regional boards
- chairs of local branches (corresponding to Trade Union Pro representatives)
- full and deputy members of the Union board
- members and deputy members of the representative body
- board members and chairs of associations
- employees of the union, Majvik, Tivonet Oy and Kustavin matkailu Oy.

Full-time accident insurance is valid during work and leisure time worldwide. The insurance is not valid in competitive sports or during training for competitive sports, or in the sports and hobbies listed in the insurance terms and conditions.

The insurance covers the costs of treating injuries up to a maximum of €3,466 per accident without a deductible. The compensation for permanent disability is €27,722 for full permanent disability. The compensation payable in the event of accidental death is €27,722.

Baggage, travel liability and travel legal expenses insurance is valid on leisure trips in Finland and abroad.

The maximum compensation in baggage insurance is €2,668, with a deductible of €50. The maximum compensation in travel liability insurance is €226,668, with a deductible of €50. The maximum compensation in travel-related legal expenses claims is €8,410, with a deductible of 15% of the expenses and no less than €500. Travel liability insurance covers personal injury or property damage caused to another person for which the insured is liable by law.
