Insurance companies have an obligation to inform about the insurance you have purchased or are going to possible purchase. We have material and documents in Finnish (e.g. terms and conditions, insurance policies, bills and decisions), and the service language of Turva in voluntary insurances is Finnish, and in statutory insurances Finnish and Swedish. We want to make sure that you will understand the documents you will receive and are committed to use the interpreter if needed.
