Pro Membership insurance is a customized insurance for Pro members only.

Pro has insured you with the mutual insurance company Turva. The Pro members’ insurance includes travel insurance, non-occupational accident insurance and professional liability insurance. It also covers Pro events and assignments.

Compensation

Compensation claim forms can be obtained by

  • visiting any Turva office or service point
  • calling Turva service number 01019 5110
  • filling in and printing the online form, available through the links below (unfortunately the forms are only in Finnish)

You can also leave filled compensation claim forms and attachments to any Turva office. The forms can also be mailed to the following address (postage paid by Turva):

If additional information is requested on your case, answer as soon as possible. This speeds up the payment of compensation.


In case of acute illness or injury during travelling, supply

  • Compensation claim form filled and signed
  • Original receipts of treatment expenses
  • Copy of valid membership card and travel tickets

In case of interruption of trip, supply

  • Compensation claim form filled and signed
  • Medical certificate of injury or acute illness
  • If the trip is cancelled or interrupted due to a sudden illness, injury or death of a close relative, an official certificate of family connection is required.
  • Travel tickets in accordance with the original travel plan. If the tickets have been given to the travel agent for compensation, then the trip organiser’s verification of the duration and cost of the trip is required.
  • Trip organiser’s verification on whether compensation has been paid, and the sum of the compensation, if applicable.
  • Original receipts of additional unavoidable travel and accommodation expenses
  • If the trip is interrupted, medical certificates and verification of the cost and duration of the trip is required.
  • Copy of valid membership card

In case of cancellation of trip, supply

  • Compensation claim form filled and signed
  • Medical certificate of injury or acute illness resulting in cancellation of the trip
  • If the trip is cancelled or interrupted due to a sudden illness, injury or death of a close relative, an official certificate of family connection is required.
  • Original receipts or trip organiser’s verification of the cost of the trip
  • Copy of valid membership card

When claiming treatment expenses and in case of permanent handicap or disability, supply

  • Compensation claim form filled and signed
  • Original receipts of treatment expenses
  • Medical certificate (form E)
  • Copy of valid membership card

In case of accidental death, supply

  • Compensation claim form filled and signed
  • Copy of police investigation report
  • Death certificate
  • Social security numbers and bank account details of beneficiaries
  • Copy of valid membership card

Other relevant information must be supplied as needed. Turva has the right to check the status of your Pro membership.
